The SauCo Story

Women Owned and Operated

SauCo was founded as a property management company in 2011. Our origins are small, beginning with one small two bedroom townhouse located in Scappoose, Oregon. Today, we manage hundreds and hundreds of rental houses, condos, apartments, and rural properties all over the Portland Metro Area.

Julie-Anne opened our doors with over a decade of previous experience in the industry, in both Oregon and her native country of Australia. We are not afraid to get our hands dirty and do what it takes to get the job done. Professionalism in Property Management is our philosophy. Human kindness and respect is our credo.
